Você liga para agendar e parece que está tudo certo, confirma nome, horário, tudo... chega no dia espera por horas, não fica nada agendado, fazem confusão com o nome do médico e quem se prejudica é o paciente que sai do trabalho achando que tem um horário marcado e perde um turno inteiro sem poder justificar por incompetência na marcação.
 Horrible service. You call to schedule and it looks like everything is right, confirm name, time, everything ... arrive on the day, wait for hours, nothing is scheduled, they get confused with the name of the doctor and who gets hurt is the patient who leaves work thinking that you have an appointment and you miss an entire shift without being able to justify your incompetence.

Tinha consulta marcada com Dr. Aleixo, liguei um dia antes me confirmaram e quando chego no local fui informada que o médico cancelou a agenda e simplesmente eu fui a única que não conseguiram informar porque anotaram meu contato errado. Super desorganizado e não indico para ninguém!
Só não avalio como zero porque não tem possibilidade.
Terrible! I had an appointment with Dr. Aleixo, I called the day before they confirmed me and when I arrive at the place I was informed that the doctor canceled the schedule and I was simply the only one who was unable to inform because they wrote down my wrong contact. Super disorganized and I don't recommend it to anyone!
I just don't rate it zero because it has no possibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre estou lá, praticamente todo mês, pois meu médico, o Dr. Daniel, especialista em pé/ tornozelo, atende nesta unidade... Os profissionais são bem cordiais e atenciosos. Tem estacionamento, rampa pra acesso aos andares superiores, acessibilidade... A ressalva é por causa de não haver um elevador pra acesso pelo estacionamento e a falta de uma rede de Wi-Fi para os pacientes que às vezes é demorada espera. Basta ligar e marcar com Carine que serão bem recepcionados!!
I'm always there, practically every month, because my doctor, Dr. Daniel, a specialist in foot/ankle, works in this unit... The professionals are very friendly and attentive. It has parking, ramp to access the upper floors, accessibility... The caveat is because there is no elevator for access through the parking lot and the lack of a Wi-Fi network for patients that sometimes takes a long time. Just call and make an appointment with Carine that you will be well received!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, apesar de ter marcado por telefone uma consulta com o Dr Bovo, quando cheguei ao local a consulta "não estava marcada". Fuja deste local. Repare na nota e nos comentários e verá porque não deve vir para cá.
Unfortunately, despite having made an appointment by phone with Dr Bovo, when I arrived at the site the appointment "was not scheduled". Escape from this place. Take a look at the note and comments and you'll see why you shouldn't come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, recepcionistas só sabiam conversar e nem via os pacientes entrando, o médico péssimo, não me deixou falar e não analisou o meu problema, só perguntou se eu queria tomar um medicamento e nada mais
Terrible, receptionists only knew how to talk and didn't even see patients coming in, the terrible doctor, didn't let me talk and didn't analyze my problem, he only asked if I wanted to take a medication and nothing else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui até a COF com uma unha dilacerada por um acidente de trabalho e fui atendido com todo cuidado humanizado que possa existir, da recepção até a saída só tenho elogios, além do preço ser justo! Recomendo ! Parabéns a toda equipe, em especial DR. Humberto Traumatologista do plantão, Deus os abençoe
