A vendedora atende tão mal, estou a procura de um lustre específico, mostrei a foto, ela não fez questão nenhuma de mostrar outras opções. Quando eu falei que não queria um lustre no valor muito alto, já que era para o quarto, não deu muita importância, não sugeriu nada melhor. Com certeza não volto nunca mais.
Quando perguntei que tipo de cristal era, ela não sabia diferenciar os tipos de cristal.
Sugestão se quiserem lustre de cristal, tem uma loja próxima que atende muito melhor e mais variedade. O atendimento também é melhor.

The seller is so poor at work, I'm looking for a specific chandelier, I showed her the photo, she didn't make a point of showing other options. When I said I didn't want a chandelier at a very high price, as it was for the bedroom, I didn't give it much thought, I didn't suggest anything better. I'm definitely never coming back.
When I asked what kind of crystal it was, she couldn't tell the different types of crystal.
Suggestion if you want a crystal chandelier, there is a store nearby that serves much better and more variety. The service is also better.
