★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe despreparada com um gerente mal educado. Liguei na loja e falei com um atendente sobre e o preço e a disponibilidade de um produto. Ele respondeu com o valor e disse que tinha disponível. Falei que estava indo buscar e ele respondeu ok. 15 minutos depois quando cheguei na loja não havia o produto em estoque e o gerente ainda deu a entender que a culpa era minha de ter ido na loja.
Nunca mais compro na cofert. Pago mais caro mas pelo menos serei melhor atendida em outras lojas.
Unprepared staff with a rude manager. I called the store and spoke to a clerk about the price and availability of a product. He replied with the amount and said he had it available. I said I was going to get it and he said ok. 15 minutes later when I arrived at the store there was no product in stock and the manager even hinted that it was my fault for having gone to the store.
I will never buy from the coffert again. I pay more but at least I will be better served in other stores.
