★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 14/08/20 no horário de 10:09, foi realizado uma compra neste local de uma argamassa AC III.
Esta estava fora dos padrões em estado rígido o que impossibilitou o seu uso . Gerando diversos transtornos na obra que estava em andamento.
Voltei ao local para troca e não possuíam o produto em estoque e ao solicitar o reembolso da compra me negaram pois acusaram que só poderiam estornar a compra via cartão.
Eu estava sem o cartão mas com o DANFE original e o vendedor recusou a me reembolsar a compra o que gerou diversos atrasos na obra com custos extras, visto que fui obrigado a retornar para encontrar o cartão e receber o estorno, mesmo assim sabemos que pode ocorrer um atraso neste reembolso pela operadora.
O vendedor alegou que este é o padrão da loja no qual foi treinado, sendo assim cuidado ao realizarem suas compras.
Não indico esta loja, alem de venderem produtos que possam comprometer sua obra, dificultam operações de estorno e se negam ajudar o cliente. Isso porque realizo compra +10 anos com eles.
NUNCA mais retorno ou indico o local.
On 08/14/20 at 10:09 am, an AC III mortar was purchased at this location.
This was out of the standards in a rigid state which made its use impossible. Generating several disorders in the work that was in progress.
I returned to the place to exchange and they did not have the product in stock and when requesting a refund of the purchase they denied me because they accused that they could only reverse the purchase via card.
I was without the card but with the original DANFE and the seller refused to reimburse me for the purchase, which caused several delays in the work with extra costs, since I was forced to return to find the card and receive the refund, even so we know that you can there is a delay in this reimbursement by the operator.
The seller claimed that this is the standard of the store in which he was trained, so be careful when making your purchases.
I do not recommend this store, in addition to selling products that may compromise your work, hinder chargeback operations and refuse to help the customer. That's because I buy +10 years with them.
