★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso. Comprei uma cama, colchão e travesseiros tudo A VISTA. Dai fui trocar um dos travesseiros, já que eles disseram que podiam. Chegando a loja o cara me atendeu tão mal, dizendo que eu já tinha ido várias vezes trocar, sendo que eu havia ido apenas uma e eles não tinham no momento o modelo que eu queria. Por fim, escolhi um modelo mais barato do que eu tinha comprado, e taça com tanta raiva que falei: "pode ficar com o troco".
Horrible service. I bought a bed, mattress and pillows all IN VIEW. Then I went to change one of the pillows, since they said they could. Arriving at the store, the guy treated me so badly, saying that I had already gone several times to change, being that I had only gone once and they didn't have the model I wanted at the time. Finally, I chose a cheaper model than I had bought, and the cup was so angry that I said: "you can keep the change".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na loja para pedir informações sobre COLCHÃO DE SOLTEIRO e o atendente me perguntou o peso e quando disse que pesava 120kg ele começou a falar que preciso emagrecer e começou a fazer um tanto de brincadeira de mal gosto e perguntas pessoais sendo que apenas queria comprar um colchão e não ter uma conversa com um gordofobico. Nunca irei comprar nessa loja enquanto o vendedor continuar na loja.
I called the store to ask for information about SINGLE MATTRESS and the clerk asked me about the weight and when he said he weighed 120kg he started saying that I need to lose weight and started doing a bit of tasteless games and personal questions and I just wanted to buy one mattress and not having a conversation with a fat person. I will never shop at this store as long as the seller remains at the store.
