★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama king size na black Friday da loja Ortobom do Parque Shopping Maceió. Fiz o pagamento em dinheiro com a promessa de que junto com a cama seriam entregues, como brindes, uma almofada suavencosto e uma saia para a cama. Na entrega, disseram que os produtos estavam em falta. Desde então já fui pessoalmente à loja 7 vezes e liguei outras inúmeras vezes e eles sempre dizem coisas diferentes. Anotam meu telefone e nunca ligam de volta. Primeiro disseram que os produtos estavam em falta. Depois disseram que só podiam ser entregues com o dono ou o vendedor que fez a venda (e o vendedor estaria de férias). Depois disseram que o vendedor foi demitido. Em outra oportunidade que fui à loja encontrei o vendedor (que não foi demitido) e ele mais uma vez prometeu entrar em contato. Hoje, pela primeira vez, disseram que eu deveria apresentar a nota de compra para a retirada dos brindes. O pior é que tenho a nota! Mesmo assim seguem se recusando a cumprir a palavra deles. Estou grávida, precisando da almofada, e me sinto extremamente desrespeitada pela loja, seu dono e seus vendedores, que apresentam mentiras atrás de mentiras.

I'm pregnant, I need the pillow, and I feel extremely disrespected by the store, its owner, and its salespeople, who present lies after lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Não comprem nessa loja. Como alguns relatos aqui, é uma mentira atrás da outra. Promessas que não cumprem, produto com defeito, má fé e em seguida o vendedor trata com deboche, irônico e mesmo estando totalmente sem razão acha no direito de tratar mal o cliente. Você compra, paga e somente aborrecimentos com essa franquia. Merece nota 0, dei 1 estrela porque não tem outra opção. Na hora de vender o tratamento é bom, mas depois você tem dor de cabeça.
