★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja para tenta fazer uma possível troca. Ao chegar na loja o atendente falar que a loja trocou de dono que nao poderia manda alguem para fazer a troca. Teria que ir em outra loja que fica em outro bairro por sinal longe, me peguei conversando com minha cunhada sobre esse isso. Ela confessou que eles usar isso como desculpa porque o produto dela tbm veio com defeito i ate agora nao foo trocando que a atendende da loja de casa forte falou a mesma coisa. Palhaçada agora estou aqui com cama com defeito querendo que venha alguém para troca esse bendita cama. Obs: os atendentes são um amor, tem conversa pra vc leva a loja toda. Maiis nao fale em troca qur eles logo diz que a loja mudou de dono i fica jogando vc de loja e loja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, eu não tive sorte com esta loja. Ficaram de me entregar o colchão de solteiro, no ultimo sábado, dia 19/ago, e não apareceram no dia combinado. A vendedora , pelo watsap, informava que a encomenda estava a caminho e nada. Pior ainda, nem satisfação deram. Nem sei quando vão me entregar. Terei que ir pessoalmente na loja. Fazendo de tudo para não entrar na justiça. E uma dica! Levem as medidas da sua cama, pois pode ocorrer que o colchão oferecido pela loja não tenha a medida adequada. E a vendedora não o oriente adequadamente. Foi também o que aconteceu comigo. Estou quinze dias aguardando o bendito colchão que tive que encomendar, com as especificações corretas.
Unfortunately, I was not lucky with this store. They were left to give me the single mattress, last Saturday, August 19th, and didn't show up on the agreed day. The salesperson, through the watsap, informed that the order was on its way and nothing. Worse, there was no satisfaction. I don't even know when they're going to deliver me. I will have to go to the store in person. Doing everything not to go to court. And a tip! Take the measurements of your bed, as it may happen that the mattress offered by the store does not have the appropriate size. And the salesperson doesn't guide you properly. It was also what happened to me. I am waiting for fifteen days for the blessed mattress that I had to order, with the correct specifications.
