Infelizmente, a responsável pela entrega, a funcionária Neide, por pouco não inviabiliza a compra. Extremamente desagradável. Extrapolou os limites da má educação, falta de trato e profissionalismo, além de incompetente e debochada com o cliente. É um funcionária dessas que acaba a reputação de um empreendimento! Retardou a minha entrega em mais de dez dias e não cumpriu absolutamente nada do que disse.
Então, pelo atendimento e pela loja, deixarei as 4 estrelas. Para a funcionária, se possível fosse, não daria nem uma.
I would like to share that I was treated very well by the salesperson Antony, who was very polite, attentive and was even decisive in my choosing Bonsonno to complete my purchase. Unfortunately, the person responsible for the delivery, the employee Neide, almost makes the purchase unfeasible. Extremely unpleasant. It extrapolated the limits of bad manners, lack of treatment and professionalism, in addition to being incompetent and mocking with the customer. It's an employee like that that ruins the reputation of a business! It delayed my delivery by more than ten days and did absolutely nothing of what it said.
So, for the service and the store, I will leave the 4 stars. For the employee, if possible, I wouldn't give one.
