★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda e ninguém resolve nada, fiz um pedido de uma cama box e o colchão para entrega programada ( 30 dias depois), já se passaram 45 dias e após muito custo me entregaram o BAU torto, e o colchão queimado.
Vendedores da loja não ajudam em nada
Terrible after sales and no one solves anything, I ordered a box bed and mattress for scheduled delivery (30 days later), 45 days have passed and after a lot of cost, I was given the crooked BAU and the mattress burned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei R$3.000,00 em um Colchão e na Cam Baú, comprados na loja da Silva Bueno e não me entregaram já faz mais de 20 dias. Sr. Alexandre que fica na loja da Silva Bueno disse que isso não é problema dele e foi totalmente arrogante!
