★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a parte administrativa continua desorganizada no dia em quitei a segunda mensalidade fui informada sobre a mudança, justifiquei que nesse caso não seria viável continuar mesmo porque tive problemas na adaptação mas como eu morava perto iria tentar mais um mês( detalhe não fui na reunião pq a diretora ficou de conversar pessoalmente comigo sobre a adaptação, recebi a informação da mudança na porta 2 dias antes de ocorrer oficialmente, detalhe aos pais foram informados uma semana antes...)..não recebi a devolução da matrícula, paguei almoço no qual deu para contar os dias que minha filha almoçou(ninguém ofereceu para a troca para o lanche, já que ela estava em adaptação e nem pouco fui orientada a reduzir o horário essa iniciativa tomei por conselhos externos), na Páscoa minha filha não pode ir porque estava doente não recebemos a lembrança do qual eu paguei...a pessoa que se disse responsável, confirmou que o gestor iria devolver o dinheiro somente mensalidade, fazem exatamente dois meses e as desculpas são de que estão com problemas no banco... ninguém entra em contato para justificar, somente quando cobramos e ainda acham que estão fazendo um favor de devolver a mensalidade que eu não utilizei...pois tem que avisar 30 dias de antecedência conforme descrito no contrato...não recomendo de forma alguma nem para o meio período, muito desorganizada a administração, falta didática com as crianças e a parte comercial é péssima não estão nenhum pouco preocupados em atender e cativar seus clientes. Acreditei na instituição por abrir as portas sem a necessidade de agendar visitas, mais infelizmente eles não estão nem um pouco preocupados com a imagem da escola.
Unfortunately the administrative part is still disorganized on the day I paid the second monthly fee I was informed about the change, I justified that in this case it would not be feasible to continue even because I had problems adapting but as I lived nearby I would try another month (detail I did not go to the meeting because the director stayed to personally talk to me about the adaptation, I received the information about the change at the door 2 days before it officially took place, details to the parents were informed a week before ...) .. I did not receive the return of the registration, I paid lunch at which I was able to count the days that my daughter had lunch (nobody offered to exchange for lunch, since she was adapting and I was not even advised to reduce the schedule, this initiative I took by external councils), at Easter my daughter cannot go because I was sick we didn't receive the reminder of what I paid ... the person who said he was responsible, confirmed that the manager would return the money only on a monthly basis, make exact two months and the excuses are that they are in trouble at the bank ... nobody gets in touch to justify it, only when we charge and still think they are doing a favor to return the monthly fee that I did not use ... because you have to notify 30 days in advance as described in the contract ... I do not recommend in any way, even for the part-time, the administration is very disorganized, the didactic lack with the children and the commercial part is terrible are not at all concerned to serve and captivate their customers. I believed in the institution for opening the doors without the need to schedule visits, but unfortunately they are not at all concerned with the image of the school.
