★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz inscrição no EAD. Mas tentei por vários meios cancelar. Ninguém se posiciona e deixam tudo a mercê do sistema. O atendimento é péssimo e não pregam o que celebram em contrato. Informações erradas ou falta delas. Não validam ou usam currículos de diplomas anteriores. Uma série de regras para inviabilizar a utilização. Não tem um contato direto com uma pessoa responsável. A gestão age de má fé. Paguei a taxa inicial, mas nem sei por onde cobrar. Todos os canais geram a lugar nenhuma. Já fiz abertura de processo no Procon. Estou dentro do meu direito de arrependimento.
I enrolled in EAD. But I tried by various means to cancel. Nobody takes a stand and leaves everything to the system. The service is terrible and they don't preach what they celebrate in the contract. Wrong or missing information. They do not validate or use resumes from previous degrees. A series of rules to make use unfeasible. You do not have direct contact with a responsible person. Management acts in bad faith. I paid the initial fee, but I don't even know where to charge. All channels generate nowhere. I've already opened the process in Procon. I am within my right to repent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ensino EAD não tem credibilidade, no fnal do curso fazem descaso com o aluno, concluir meu curso a praticamente 1ano e ate hoje não conseguir colar grau venho tento dor de cabeça por que na instituição não tem ninguem capacitado para resolver meu problema, pessima universidade para ensino EAD.
Distance learning education has no credibility, at the end of the course they neglect the student, completing my course for almost 1 year and still not being able to graduate. for ODL teaching.

No site deveria ter todos os polos espalhados pelo país com endereço e telefone. É DESRESPEITOSO o acadêmico ter que pensar em todas as formas de saber qual é o local onde ele deve recorrer em caso de necessidade.
