★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obra atrasada!!!!!! Apartamento que era para ser entregue em maio/2017 está sem previsão de entrega. Descaso com cliente no pós venda e protejo (fachada) bem diferente com a realidade. Compare o projeto com as fotos evolução de obra no próprio site da construtora Fortenge.
Colocaram uns aparelhos de ginástica que parece que pegaram emprestado da prefeitura de São Paulo, aqueles que ficam em praça pública. Horrível!!!!!!!
Late work !!!!!! Apartment that was to be delivered in May / 2017 is not expected to be delivered. Neglect with the customer in the after sales and protect (facade) very different with reality. Compare the project with the photos of the construction progress on the Fortenge construction site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados realizamos uma vistoria em nosso apartamento que compramos com entrega para MAIO/2017, ao chegar no dia da vistoria recebemos a informação da engenharia que a assembleia seria realizada em SETEMBRO/2017, com base nessa informação que não apenas eu recebi mais diversos compradores recebeu, solicitei ferias na empresa para acompanhar as obras de reforma em meu apartamento, enfim fiquei 30 dias em casa e não foi realizado a entrega isso foi um total desrespeito comigo, se não bastasse isso no dia da vistoria levei o rapaz para efetuar a medição para produção dos móveis, detalhe os móveis ficaram prontos e até agora não tenho sequer uma data prevista para entrega...Olha eu ligo no SAC não sabem me dizer até pagueio já o valor de R$1.815,00 referente a individualização das unidades e continuo sem saber a data real da entrega, será que isso é justo conosco compradores ?
Estou cansado de efetuar as minhas reclamações aqui no site e não ter resolução de nada pedi para a FORTENGE incluir o cadastro no PROCON simplesmente ignoraram minha solicitação, ou seja não estão nem aí com os compradores não tem respeito com as pessoas. Eu e minha esposa estamos tristes com tudo isso e nunca recebemos contato da construtora para nos dizer os reais motivos do atraso. Agora para enviar boletos e taxas e encargos e INCC são bem rápidos e eficientes. Tenho dó dos outros compradores das outras torres sendo que a nossa é a 1º a ser entregue infelizmente a FORTENGE só pensa na hora de vender depois disso não pensa nos compradores. Nas espectativas no meu caso é a 1º casa própria se eu pudesse voltar atrás NUNCA tinha comprado comessa contrutora mais infelizmente não posso voltar no tempo e desfazer o negócio!!!

I'm tired of making my complaints here on the website and having no resolution of anything, I asked FORTENGE to include the registration in PROCON, they simply ignored my request, that is, they don't care about the buyers, they don't respect people. My wife and I are saddened by all this and we never received contact from the construction company to tell us the real reasons for the delay. Now to send bills and fees and charges and INCC are very fast and efficient. I feel sorry for the other buyers of the other towers and ours is the 1st to be delivered unfortunately FORTENGE only thinks about selling after that it does not think about buyers. In my case, this is my first home if I could go back EVER had I bought this contractor but unfortunately I can't go back in time and undo the deal !!!
