I have a property managed for them, the tenant is 4 months without paying, doesn't pay the consumption bills, and I don't have any support from the real estate agency. I practically need to beg to be answered. Zero professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou dono de um imóvel que está locado com essa imobiliária. Vencimento do repasse do aluguel está para dia 16, estamos no dia 28 e ainda não nos foi depositado o valor acordado. Falaram que precisavam de 5 dias corridos para realizarem a transferência (nunca foi mencionado e não está em contrato isso), mesmo com os feriados de final de ano estamos entrando no 7° dia útil e não há sequer uma resposta.
Tento entrar em contato por telefone e não atendem, no whatsapp ignoram.
Na hora de anunciar o imóvel foi uma maravilha, agora que está alugado só fica o descaso.
Completa falta de respeito, transparência e falta de profissionalismo.
I own a property that is leased with this real estate company. The lease is due to expire on the 16th, we are on the 28th and the agreed amount has not yet been deposited. They said they needed 5 calendar days to carry out the transfer (it was never mentioned and this is not in contract), even with the end of the year holidays we are entering the 7th business day and there is not even an answer.
I try to contact them by phone and they don't answer, on whatsapp they ignore it.
When it was time to advertise the property, it was wonderful, now that it is rented, only neglect remains.
Complete lack of respect, transparency and lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um imóvel alugado há 7 meses, todo mês preciso cobrar para depositarem o aluguel. Exemplo esse mês a inquilina pagou dia 16 e hoje dia 29 ainda não pagaram. Mandamos msg, não respondem. Ligamos, não atendem. Sempre tem uma desculpa, todo mês.
