I work with purchases for 5 years and all over Brazil, this was the store that I tried the most and never managed by phone. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima! Não atendem o telefone e o vendedor nem pra fazer uma cotação responde. Ainda me fez passar o CNPJ da empresa pra nada. Se pra vender estão assim, imaginem depois do pagamento. NÃO RECOMENDO PRA O MEU PIOR INIMIGO!
Lousy shop! They don't answer the phone and the seller doesn't even answer for a quote. It even made me pass the company's CNPJ to nothing. If they're selling like this, imagine after payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY!

O atendimento é muito bom, os colaboradores são bastante atenciosos e muito ágil na entrega dos materiais. Eu acho que existe até um controle interno, da loja mesmo, sobre a agilidade na entrega e no atendimento dos clientes, estão de parabéns poucas empresas aqui em Maceió tem tanta preocupação com a satisfação do cliente quanto a COMAFER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi uma loja tão mal administrada como essa , promete a entrega e não cumpre , promete entrega na hora de comprar , e quando entrega passa mais de 5 dias e à cada dia promete para o outro e nunca chega , cuidado para não pagar diária aos seus empregados por faltas de material porque eles não entregam no dia que promete . sempre serei honesto nas vendas , se vejo que não da para entregar aquele dia não pode prometer o que não pode , fui muitíssimo prejudicado financeiramente . estou muito insatisfeito .
I've never seen a store as poorly managed as this one, promises delivery and doesn't fulfill it, promises delivery at the time of purchase, and when delivery takes more than 5 days and every day promises to the next and never arrives, be careful not to pay the daily their employees for material shortages because they do not deliver on the promised day. I will always be honest in sales, if I see that I can't deliver that day, I can't promise what I can't, I was greatly harmed financially. I am very dissatisfied.
