★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsável, faz mais de 2 meses que está nos enrolando para entregar 3 janelas, marcou pela milésima vez para vir colocar as janelas e pediu para meu marido que retirasse as armações velhas e fizesse o reboco que amanhã 30/09/20 ele viria colocar, fizemos isso, e hj quando meu marido falou com ele para confirmar, ele diz que amanhã irá mandar alguém aqui para medir pra depois comprar a ferragem, sendo que já fazem semanas que ele disse que já estava com essas ferragens prontas, o resultado disso é que estamos sem janelas levando sol e chuva e esse irresponsável fazendo pouco caso, detalhe, metade do serviço já foi pago e ele n tem nem a dignidade de devolver o dinheiro para que possamos procurar uma empresa que cumpra com seus serviços.
Estou dando 1 estrela pq n posso dar menos.
Irresponsible, he has been wrapping us up to deliver 3 windows for more than 2 months, he scheduled for the thousandth time to come and install the windows and asked my husband to remove the old frames and make the plaster that he would put on 30/09/20 tomorrow, we did this, and today when my husband spoke to him to confirm, he says that tomorrow he will send someone here to measure and then buy the hardware, since it has been weeks since he said he had these hardware ready, the result of that is that we are without windows taking sun and rain and this irresponsible person making little case for detail, half the service has already been paid for and he doesn’t even have the dignity to return the money so that we can look for a company that complies with his services.
I'm giving 1 star because I can't give less.
