Comprei um produto e fiquei na dúvida se poderia trocar, pois o prazo dado são dois dias e hoje é o terceiro da compra. Ocorre que estou distante 50km da cidade que comprei.
Bad customer service. I needed to speak to the Customer Service and the only channel available is via Whatsapp and only by message. I bought a product and I was in doubt if it could be exchanged, as the term given is two days and today is the third of the purchase. It turns out that I'm 50km away from the city I bought.
