Quando saiu para o corte e dobra, tivemos medo da mudança, mas a nova vendedora não ficou para trás e sempre nos deu uma atenção especial.
O aço subiu de preço exponencialmente e tem sido difícil manter os projetos originais intactos, mudanças estruturais estão sempre acontecendo no dia a dia, mas o pessoal tem compreendido o momento e tentado manter algo de flexibilização para alterações de projeto, boa entrega (apesar dos prazos estarem bem dilatados ainda) e excelente atendimento.
Uma pena que em geral o aço tenha subido tanto de preço, e agora é cada vez mais comum que os perfis em catálogo estejam indisponíveis.

Great sellers, great service. My experience with everyone has been excellent! Our seller always gave us detailed explanations and good delivery estimates. When it came out to cut and fold, we were afraid of the change, but the new salesperson was not left behind and always gave us special attention.
Steel has gone up in price exponentially and it has been difficult to keep the original designs intact, structural changes are always happening on a day-to-day basis, but people have understood the moment and tried to keep some flexibility for design changes, good delivery (despite deadlines are still well dilated) and excellent service.
It is a pity that in general steel has gone up so much in price, and now it is increasingly common for profiles in the catalog to be unavailable.
