★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Fui através dos comentários mas muito mal atendida. Pelo que entendi são assistência técnica da Britânia, mas a mulher que me atendeu foi bem grosseira ao avisar que não trabalham com a Britânia. Não volto mais.
Terrible experience. I went through the comments but very poorly attended. As I understand they are technical assistance from Britannia, but the woman who attended me was quite rude when she told me that they do not work with Britannia. I'm not coming back.

I took my vacuum cleaner in for maintenance, the girls fixed the problem right away and didn't even want to charge me anything. The service is amazing, attentive and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retornando para arrumar novamente a máquina de fazer pão. Está na garantia, mas é a 2a vez que volta a dar o mesmo problema que foi consertado.
Pedi para verem meu liquidificador da Arno que está muito barulhento. Ao fazerem a avaliação disseram que era o encaixe do copo que fazia o barulho.... Só que mesmo colocando copo novo o barulho continua, eles nem ligaram o liquidificador para testar. Achei muito descaso com meu liquidificador.
Returning to fix the bread maker again. It's under warranty, but it's the 2nd time it's had the same problem that was fixed.
I asked to see my Arno blender which is very noisy. When doing the evaluation, they said that it was the fitting of the glass that made the noise.... But even putting a new glass in the noise continues, they didn't even turn on the blender to test. I found my blender very neglected.
