★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam, é GOLPE! Sumiram com meu dinheiro e uma peça da minha máquina, que hoje está encostada e não consigo nem vender, nem doar. Paguei quase R$ 1000 e o serviço nunca foi terminado. Dão desculpas esfarrapadas pra não terminar o serviço. Depois param de atender o telefone e responder mensagens. E o pior, usam o nome da Eletrolux sem serem assistência autorizada. Nunca tive um atendimento tão péssimo em toda a minha vida. Arrependimento TOTAL. Não confiem nessa "empresa", comprem uma máquina nova ou contatem uma autorizada.
Run away, it's BANG! They disappeared with my money and a piece of my machine, which is leaning today and I can't sell or donate. I paid almost R $ 1000 and the service was never finished. They make lame excuses for not finishing the job. Then they stop answering the phone and replying to messages. Worse, they use the name of Eletrolux without being authorized assistance. I've never had such a bad service in my life. TOTAL repentance. Do not trust this "company", buy a new machine or contact an authorized one.

I didn't find in any of the Electrolux representatives the only part I needed, 01 on/off switch of a portable vacuum cleaner...
