★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto dessa loja à 3 anos. De boa fé paguei R$3.250,00 à vista como tenho comprovante. Sou enrolado pelo proprietário durante todo esse período e, até hoje, não houve estorno do meu dinheiro e muito menos a entrega do produto que comprei.
Um colega meu caiu na mesma situação e após muita discussão e trabalho conseguiu recentemente receber o produto adquirido pelo mesmo tempo.
Foi a pior experiência que tive como consumidor e ainda estou lutando para pelo menos reaver meu dinheiro honesto e suado.
Agora mesmo denunciado ao PROCON, não há resposta nem solução... Anunciam o que não tem!
Não recomendo de forma alguma!!
I bought a product from this store 3 years ago. In good faith I paid R $ 3,250.00 in cash as I have proof. I am wound up by the owner throughout this period and, until today, there was no refund of my money, much less the delivery of the product I bought.
A colleague of mine fell into the same situation and after much discussion and work he recently managed to receive the product purchased for the same time.
It was the worst experience I had as a consumer and I am still struggling to at least get my honest and sweaty money back.
Right now being reported to PROCON, there is no answer or solution ... They announce what they don't have!
I do not recommend it at all !!
