Desliguei, pois achei que ela tinha esquecido de mim na linha. Ao tornar a ligar foi a MESMA COISA.
Acabei desistindo de esperar. Imaginem só: 15 MINUTOS só para saber qual marca de argamassa tinha disponível na loja. Imaginem pra fazer a compra. Pode estar 10 reais o saco de 20 kg que NÃO COMPRO! Total falta despreparo e de educação para com o cliente.
I called to inquire about the type of mortar they work with. I wanted to know what brands are available for sale. The attendant put me on hold for an unbelievable 15 minutes!
I hung up because I thought she had forgotten about me on the line. When I turned it back on it was the SAME THING.
I ended up giving up waiting. Just imagine: 15 MINUTES just to find out which brand of mortar was available in the store. Imagine making the purchase. The 20 kg bag can be 10 reais that I DON'T BUY! Total lack of preparation and education towards the client.
