★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço e atendimento muito bom, carro novo, nenhum imprevisto ou pegadinha. Só um ponto não me agradou. Eles entregam o carro na reserva pra vc entregar na reserva. Isso complica. O correto seria entregar cheio e receber cheio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui abordado no aeroporto recife por um agente da conforte locadora com crachá. Fiquei um pouco desconfiado pois eles não tinha escritório dentro do aeroporto. Nós levaram eu minha esposa e um casal de amigo até a sede da mesma . Lá fizemos a papelada escolhi por um dos Ka bem novinho o qual nos atendeu perfeitamente. O rapaz que fez o contrato de locação mencionou que teria que abastecer o carro pois eles só trabalham com tanque vazou mas na saída já tinha um posto de combustível. Tudo perfeito na entrega do carro. Super indico ,preço ótimo e atendimento bom . Com certeza voltarei.
I was approached at the Recife airport by a comfort agent with a badge. I was a little suspicious because they had no office inside the airport. We took my wife and a couple of friends to the headquarters of the same. There we did the paperwork. I chose one of the very young Ka's, who served us perfectly. The guy who made the lease mentioned that he would have to refuel the car because they only work with a leaked tank but at the exit he already had a gas station. Everything perfect in the delivery of the car. Super recommended, great price and good service. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veículos sem a manutenção em dia. Das duas vezes que precisei, na primeira o VW Gol estava desalinhado, na segunda estava com uma folga na caixa de direção muito grande.
Vehicles without up-to-date maintenance. The two times I needed it, the first time the VW Gol was misaligned, the second time it had a very big slack in the steering gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carros novos com alguns detalhes pintura, mas bem novos, sem problemas com a retirada e entrega. Vale ressaltar que um dos pneus estava bem careca.
New cars with some paint details, but very new, no problems with pick up and delivery. It is worth mentioning that one of the tires was quite bald.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Carros batidos e com má manutenção. Tomei duas multas por o farol está com uma lâmpada queimada. Paguei as multas entretanto nunca mais alugarei carro essa locadora baixo nível.
O barato que saiu caro
I do not recommend. Crashed and poorly maintained cars. I got two tickets for the headlight has a burned out bulb. I paid the fines however I will never rent a car from this low level rental company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero agradecer a comfort pelo ótimo trabalho e serviço prestado,eu e minha esposa estávamos com dificuldade em encontrar alguma empresa e estávamos com muito medo de ter algum transtorno visto que lemos nos perfis de várias locadoras experiências terríveis de pessoas sobre mal atendimento e problemas com carro. E claro que é tudo que a gente não quer quando faz uma viagem dessa,ainda mais pra um lugar tão maravilhoso como Recife. Eles nos buscaram e deixaram na volta no aeroporto,a locação foi rápida,o carro estava em ótimo estado bem higienizado,não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema.Ao usarmos não houveram danos ao carro ,a entrega foi tranquila e o dinheiro da caução foi estornado sem nenhuma difículdade.Todas as dúvidas foram tiradas desde a localização do veículo,foi feito um ótimo atendimento.
Com certeza pretendemos voltar a essa cidade maravilhosa e locar com a comfort veículo novamente.
I want to thank comfort for the great work and service provided, my wife and I were having difficulty finding a company and we were very afraid of having some inconvenience since we read in the profiles of several rental companies terrible experiences of people about bad service and car problems . And of course it's everything you don't want when you take a trip like this, especially to a place as wonderful as Recife. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, the rental was quick, the car was in great condition, well sanitized, we didn't have any kind of problem. without any dificulty. All doubts were taken away from the location of the vehicle, an excellent service was made.
We certainly intend to return to this wonderful city and rent with comfort vehicle again.
