Porém o lado ruim da loja é o telefone para contato, queria poder falar com eles pra tirar uma dúvida na entrega e nao consigo. Deveria ter outras opções, pq o fixo só chama e ninguém atende. É a segunda vez que compro na loja e deu tudo certo.
I was very well attended by thiago, and a girl who was with him. But the bad side of the store is the contact phone, I wish I could talk to them to ask a question about the delivery and I can't. There should be other options, because the landline just calls and no one answers. It's the second time I buy from the store and everything went well.

Ainda não moro no local da entrega, e eles me deram todo suporte, avisaram o período da entrega, depois entraram em contato avisando que os entregadores estavam chegando, tudo para eu não perde minha entrega. Achei uma atitude incrível, já que tive problemas com outras lojas, por não se preocuparem com a entrega. Achei uma atitude maravilhosa de pós venda. Fora que o produto é lindo.
I bought from them through the Madeira Madeira website, and they were great in customer service. I still don't live at the place of delivery, and they gave me all the support, warned me about the delivery period, then got in touch notifying me that the delivery guys were arriving, everything so I wouldn't miss my delivery. I thought it was an incredible attitude, as I had problems with other stores, for not worrying about delivery. I thought it was a wonderful after sales attitude. Other than that the product is beautiful.
