Os acabamentos e os puxadores vieram em cores diferentes, porém como não altera em nada na utilização do produto não fiz questão de ir atrás, mais avisei o vendedor sobre essa questão para que não ocorra com outros clientes.
Efetuei a compra via WhatsApp, fui bem atendido o vendedor é esforçado e atencioso, respondeu a todas as minhas mensagens pelo WhatsApp, o produto é muito bem produzido até o momento nenhum problema com a estrutura, forração e o mecanismo de abertura do box, estou utilizando desde 26-02-22, caso tenha algum problema eu volto aqui para dizer.
A loja fez a gentileza de retirar o meu box antigo, gostaria de agradecer a todos os envolvidos estou editando meu comentário, pois achei que fui injusto com a loja e com os envolvidos na venda do produto, obrigado pelo atenção e pelo apoio. MESMO NÃO TENDO UMA EXPERIÊNCIA CINCO ESTRELAS RECOMENDO A LOJA.

I made the purchase via WhatsApp, I was well attended, the seller is hardworking and attentive, he replied to all my messages via WhatsApp, the product is very well produced so far, no problem with the structure, lining and the opening mechanism of the box, I am using since 02-26-22, if I have any problems I'll come back here to tell you.
The store was kind enough to remove my old box, I would like to thank everyone involved, I'm editing my comment, because I thought I was unfair to the store and to those involved in selling the product, thank you for your attention and support.
