descaso com a pessoas
nao atende os telefones
dei entrada em uma simples reservista e estou a mais de 4 meses esperando
senhores almirantes e demais oficiais
pesso que deem uma atenção nessa questao para melhorar o atendimento a população

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tive uma experiência desagradável, sou policial militar do Estado de São Paulo lotado na cidade de Sorocaba e viajei á capital acompanhando meu sogro para tratamento no hospital do rim, aproveitei o tempo de espera e convidei minha sogra pra conhecer o 8° Distrito Naval que fica muito próximo do hrim, ao chegar na portaria perguntei por um amigo que serviu comigo no 1° DN, fomos mau atendidos por um dos militares de servico, que disse nunca ter ouvido falar no SGT Sidglei, perguntei então se poderiamos procurar por ele la dentro e ele me disse que não existia essa possibilidade, sem querer questionar procedimentos, mas lá na unidade onde estou servindo á 20 anos, pelotão de Cavalaria, nós mantemos estreitamento com a sociedade, afim de obter as pessoas que cumpre com seus deveres de cidadao uma amizade e consequentemente maior confiabilidade em nossos serviços, espero que um dia isso possa ser adotado também nessa unidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Custam a abrir agendamento para Arrais e quando você consegue marcar depois de 2 meses, chega no local e não tem atendimento porque resolveram remarcar. Não avisam, não atendem telefone, descaso total. Esse é o Brasil que não muda!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificil conseguir agendar um PEDIDO!!!! de segunda via. Um absurdo! Desde Setembro sem conseguir um horario no site onde liberam horarios para agendamento. LAMENTAVEL. O processo está pago desde setembro e não consigo agendar.... Um atraso!
