★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, demora para realizar uma simples ativação do meu chip ainda tive que sair pra trocar o dinheiro pra pagar pq os 4 funcionários na loja estavam comendo fora de hora quando me atendiam.
 lousy service, delay to perform a simple activation of my chip I still had to go out to change the money to pay because the 4 employees in the store were eating out of hours when they answered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou ter que ir no Procon ,pois empurraram uma linha na minha mãe ,sendo que ela não precisava pois já tinha outra linha... Gerente totalmente despreparados ambos. Sinceramente ... Fora o vendedor com respostas na ponta da língua ignorante, é fácil enganar pessoas de idade. Fica o alerta.
I'll have to go to Procon, because they pushed a line on my mother, and she didn't need to because she already had another line... Manager totally unprepared for both. Honestly... Aside from the salesperson with answers on the tip of ignorant tongue, it is easy to deceive old people. Stay alert.
