Na primeira vez que compramos foi super atencioso e tudo certinho com a entrega.
Pois bem voltei para compra as portas que faltaram, minha esposa eu já estamos numa raiva só , pois não estão comprimido com o prazo e todas vezes um prazo novo.
Estou tendo que falta de serviço toda vez que me dão um prazo , pois precisa de alguém para receber.
E nessa brincadeira já foram 3 dias .
Pois bem se não receber essa porta no último prazo vou estar indo no procon fazer uma reclamação por escrito, pois acho isso uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, o código de defesa não está sendo levado a sério.
Tenho toda as conversas salva e isso já está chato demais.
Preciso de uma solução rápida.

No momento da compra são prestativos e fazem de tudo para fechar, mas após eu realizar o pagamento de todas as portas, fechaduras, dobradiças etc. (fiz o pagamento a vista com um pix) da casa q construí, no entanto, após o marceneiro instalar as portas, várias estavam com defeito, fiz contato com o vendedor que me atendeu e disse que trocaria as portas, isso foi em novembro do ano passado, já se passaram 8 meses da promessa de troca e até agora nada, sempre dando uma desculpa atrás da outra de que não tem a porta para trocar, no entanto as vendas seguem frenéticas no local.
total descaso e falta de respeito com o cliente, estou totalmente decepcionado e desapontado.
Se não quiser ter problemas, fuja desta loja, pois a experiência de ser enganado é frustrante.
