★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi até bom. Levei meu notebook pra formatar mas me decepcionei, pois esperava um serviço de qualidade. O Windows instalado é falso, assim como o Office, então depois de um tempo, as mensagens de licença expirada ficam aparecendo. Serviço amador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem para o meu maior inimigo. Entreguei meu notebook lá, pois o mesmo não ligava. Me entregaram e com 2 dias ele voltou a não ligar. Retornei lá, pois ainda estava na garantia do serviço, demoraram demais pra me devolver e quando devolveram, o teclado estava totalmente solto e com várias teclas sem funcionar. O dono da loja me informou que aquilo era normal devido a idade do notebook e nem sequer mostrou interesse em resolver o problema criado por eles.
I don't even recommend it to my biggest enemy. I delivered my notebook there, as it did not turn on. They gave it to me and after 2 days he didn't call again. I returned there, as I was still under service warranty, they took too long to return it to me and when they returned, the keyboard was completely loose and with several keys not working. The store owner informed me that this was normal due to the age of the notebook and did not even show interest in solving the problem created by them.
