Digo que é através de um relato pessoal uma vez que não posso frequentá-la pois se destina somente a mulheres, o que é uma ótima condição, pois as atividades são bem direcionadas e especializadas, além de evitar o assédio que é tão característico das academias comuns.
Um dos problemas refere-se ao estacionamento. Como fica num centro comercial, quase nunca tem lugar na frente da academia. Acontece que a academia fica na extremidade desse centro comercial, então se você não achar vaga, tem que voltar. Só que não dá pra fazer isso simplesmente porque, como é localizada na avenida, a volta é contramão. Então teria que fazer um retorno na avenida toda.

I say that it is through a personal report since I cannot attend it because it is intended only for women, which is a great condition, as the activities are well directed and specialized, in addition to avoiding the harassment that is so characteristic of the gyms common.
One problem concerns parking. As it is in a shopping center, it almost never takes place in front of the gym. It turns out that the gym is on the edge of this shopping center, so if you can't find a place, you have to go back. But you can't do that simply because, as it is located on the avenue, the turn is against the grain. Then I would have to make a U-turn on the whole avenue.
