★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,a porta do banheiro logo no começo da viajem,ninguém arrumou,ela ficava batendo isso foi a viajem inteira,meu filho passou mal e vomitou,na parada ninguém limpou eu que tive que limpar com papel do banheiro que estava podre,e o pior,só essa empresa faz viajem pra la.Falta de respeito.
Terrible, the bathroom door right at the beginning of the trip, nobody fixed it, she kept knocking it was the whole trip, my son was sick and vomited, at the stop nobody cleaned it, I had to clean it with rotten bathroom paper, and the worse, only this company travels there. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu fiz uma viaje por esta empresa há dois anos atras e não goste, as paradas são horríveis, o valor das passagens não são tão baratas a ponto de oferecerem um serviço tão ruim. Peço a vcs que melhorem a qualidade do serviço, outra coisa que acontece é que os motoristas param nas estradas para vendedores ambulantes, acho isso um risco muito grande, pois já passamos por este risco só pelo o fato da viajem, corremos riscos nas estradas de assalto, outras coisas, e ainda os motoristas pararem nas estradas pra vendedores. outra coisa são as paradas a empresa não oferece paradas de qualidades, temos banho com água frias, paradas pra se alimentar em beira de estradas em botecos,lugares sujos. Quero que vcs saibam que o preço não é tão baixo assim pra vcs oferecer isto para os passageiros, onde que as passagens de aviões estão praticamente na mesma faixa de preço .

Another thing is the stops the company does not offer quality stops, we have a bath with cold water, stops for food on roadsides in dinghies, dirty places. I want you to know that the price is not that low so you can offer it to passengers, where plane tickets are pretty much in the same price range.
