★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por conta de "frescurite" do pessoal da loja, me insentivaram a aprender e resolver o meu problema sozinho, só tenho a agradecer por isso. Mas quando meu amigo foi retirar o carrinho da loja, não o deixaram nem entrar , o fizeram esperar nas escadas do lado de fora, como um bandido. (E não e pela pandemia pois estão deixando entrar normal, entrei para deixar o carro e pagar).Deixei o carro para destravar o motor e comentei por duas vezes que tinha medo de colocarem defeitos que poderiam não existir. Ao invés de me mostrarem confiabilidade , pediram para que eu retirasse o veículo e devolveram o valor que paguei adiantado. Falta de profissionalismo e vontade de fidelizar o cliente, acham que são os únicos. Péssima a energia nas conversas, em qualquer canal, frescos demais, velhos nutellas.

(And not because of the pandemic because they are letting in normal, I went in to leave the car and pay). I left the car to unlock the engine and commented twice that I was afraid of putting defects that might not exist. Instead of showing me reliability, they asked me to pick up the vehicle and returned the amount I paid in advance. Lack of professionalism and willingness to build customer loyalty, they think they are the only ones. Terrible energy in conversations, in any channel, too fresh, old nutellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive dia 13/09 por volta das 18:00 eu, minha esposa e minha filha e fomos super bem tratados, e o rapaz ja tinha fechado a loja e mesmo assim nos atendeu super educado, simpatico e atencioso. Fez os devidos testes e ainda por cima me deu varias dicas valiosas para quem esta comecando, oa valores da loja chega a ser mais barato que no Mercado livre e o site dele ainda entrega para todo o Brasil com o preco super justo. Eles usam mascara, tem alcool e é um local com estacionamento, vaga na rua, bem localizado e tem bastante variedade a loja dele. Para quem quer preco, atencao do vendedor que esta a quase 40 anos no ramo, boa localizacao, vao nele que ira virar cliente. Super recomendo e ja estou ancioso para a proxima visita la
I was there on 13/09 around 18:00, me, my wife and my daughter and we were very well treated, and the guy had already closed the store and even so he treated us very polite, friendly and attentive. He did the necessary tests and on top of that he gave me several valuable tips for those starting out, the store's prices are even cheaper than on the Mercado Livre and his website still delivers all over Brazil at a super fair price. They wear masks, have alcohol and it's a place with parking, space on the street, well located and there's a lot of variety in his store. For those who want price, attention from the seller who has been in the business for almost 40 years, good location, go there that will become a customer. I highly recommend it and I'm looking forward to the next visit there.
