★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de vendas deve até ser boa, Não conheço, mas a oficina *MEU DEUS* que lugar de péssima qualidade ( *manutenção*), o cliente leva a moto para resolver 1 problema ela volta com muito mais, principalmente quando se trata de GARANTIA, aparenta que as concecionarias estão fazendo um favor, mas não estão, as revisões carissimas (R$) que pagamos, para ter este direito, não está sendo levado em consideração!!! Eu particularmente não faço mais revisão em concessionária nenhuma, prefiro levar em qualquer outra oficina mecânica do meu gosto, porque minha experiência com este tipo de serviço foi de muito desgosto. Do dia 12/11/2021 até 25/01/2022 fiquei esperando para arrumar o câmbio da minha motocicleta, os funcionários sempre me pedindo paciência e para aguardar, passando este período fiquei com partes da moto danificadas, pela péssima mão de obra,(pintaram as partes arranhadas e trocaram a antena corta pipa, NÃO FOI TROCADO A AZA LD e LE) e ainda por cima os mecânicos da Feltrin e os engenheiros da Yamaha não resolveram o problema do ruído do câmbio da bendita motocicleta, fiquei com o mesmo problema, a moto arranhada, e ainda perdi meu precioso tempo!

 The sales store must even be good, I don't know, but the workshop *OH MY GOD* what a place of terrible quality ( *maintenance*), the customer takes the bike to solve 1 problem, she comes back with much more, especially when it comes to GUARANTEE, it looks like the dealerships are doing you a favor, but they're not, the expensive repairs (R$) we pay, to have this right, are not being taken into account!!! I don't particularly do service at any dealership anymore, I prefer to take it to any other mechanic shop I like, because my experience with this type of service was very disgusting. From 11/12/2021 to 01/25/2022 I was waiting to fix my motorcycle's gearbox, the employees always asking me for patience and to wait, after this period I had damaged motorcycle parts, due to the bad workmanship,( they painted the scratched parts and changed the kite-cut antenna, THE AZA LD and LE WAS NOT CHANGED) and on top of that the Feltrin mechanics and Yamaha engineers didn't solve the problem of the noise of the exchange of the blessed motorcycle, I had the same problem , the bike scratched, and I wasted my precious time!
I do not recommend this workshop!
