★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comunicação e falta de feedback nas trocas de e-mail com clientes de outras localidades. Enviei meu comprovante de pagamento para mandarem meu álbum pra Fortaleza e eles só vieram postar nos correios depois que eu liguei perguntando (após 20 dias)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INSATISFEITA COM O SERVIÇO - Contratei os serviços da C7 no dia 30 de janeiro de 2018 para minha cerimônia de solenidade realizada no dia 23 de fevereiro de 2018. Assinamos um contrato no qual dizia que "...o CD para entrega das fotos será entregue após 30 (trinta) dias úteis a contar da data da solenidade."
ou seja, 6 de abril de 2018.
Liguei inúmeras vezes para a C7 pedindo informações sobre minhas fotos e ninguém soube me ajudar. Diziam que estavam organizando ainda as fotos, e até mesmo chegaram a falar que estavam procurando minha fotos, por que não tinham o controle dos alunos que contrataram o serviço através de combo (meu combo foi Beca, capelo +fotos R$200,00)
Fui pessoalmente no Studio-C7 consegui pegar os CD com as fotos. Problema resolvido? NEGATIVO. Percebi que muitas fotos que fiz não estavam no CD. Ainda preciso escolher as fotos para serem tratadas, já tentei contato novamente por email, eles disseram que iriam resolver meu problema, mas até a atual data, (23.05.18) não obtive nenhuma resposta.
O serviço foi totalmente quitado antes da solenidade. Conclusão, até hoje não entregaram minhas fotos. Péssimos, nada de profissional.
DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE - I hired C7 services on January 30, 2018 for my ceremony held on February 23, 2018. We signed a contract in which it said that "... the CD for delivery of the photos will be delivered after 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the ceremony. "
that is, April 6, 2018.
I called C7 numerous times asking for information about my photos and nobody knew how to help me. They said they were still organizing the photos, and even said that they were looking for my photos, because they were not in control of the students who hired the service through a combo (my combo was Beca, capelo + fotos R $ 200.00)
I went personally to Studio-C7 and managed to get the CDs with the photos. Problem solved? NEGATIVE. I realized that many photos I took were not on the CD. I still need to choose the photos to be treated, I tried to contact you again by email, they said they would solve my problem, but until the current date, (23.05.18) I have not received any answer.
The service was fully paid off before the ceremony. Conclusion, until today they have not delivered my photos. Terrible, nothing professional.
