★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da primeira vez a minha imprenssora foi sem pegar ficou 10 dias e eles não consertaram direito , resultado menos de 3 dias com ela em casa tive que levar denovo já faz 18 dias ,entro em contato porém não mim respondem. OBSERVAÇÃO a minha impressora está na garantia.
The first time my printer went without picking it was 10 days and they didn't fix it right, the result was less than 3 days with her at home, I had to take it again for 18 days now, I get in touch but I don't answer. NOTE my printer is under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, vi no site q a loja ta aberta das 8:00hs as 12:00 mais quando meu primo chegou ai, tá fechado. tá funcionando hj não é? Se ta funcionando conforme o decreto, pelo menos atualiza no site para os clientes não dar viagem perdida confiando no site.
Good morning, I saw on the website that the store is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, but when my cousin arrived, it's closed. it's working today isn't it? If it's working according to the decree, at least it updates the site so that customers don't give up a lost trip trusting the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaga de estacionamento só pra um lugar, porem localização é de facil acesso, primeiro atendimento foi um pouco "frio", mas na retirada do objeto em garantia o atendente prestou aquele passinho a mais com varios exclarecimentos e ótimos conselhos de uso para se evitar danos ao objeto etc.. Enfim: ótimo atendimento, entrega rapida, tudo na maior tranquilidade e da forma como gostamos de ser atendidos.
Parking space for only one place, but location is easy to access, first service was a little "cold", but in the removal of the object under warranty the attendant provided that extra step with several exclusions and great advice of use to avoid damage to the object etc .. Finally: great service, fast delivery, all in the utmost tranquility and the way we like to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha impressora foi pela segunda vez para essa assistência e não recomendo. Atendimento péssimo, telefone raramente eles atendem e não cumprem prazo que eles mesmos dão. Sem contar que ficam de passar as informações do andamento do serviço e nunca dizem nada, se você não ficar ligando direto o serviço nunca é concluindo, mesmo sua impressora estando coberta pela garantia.
My printer went for the second time for this assistance and I don't recommend it. Terrible service, they rarely answer the phone and don't meet the deadline they give themselves. Not to mention that they keep passing the information on the progress of the service and never say anything, if you don't call directly the service is never concluded, even if your printer is covered by the warranty.
