Lousy service, they asked for my product information via whatsapp, I sent it at the same time. It's been weeks and they go online all the time, but they don't answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Marca visita e não vai, não atende telefone porque finge que não está tocando. Na loja física, os funcionários mentem e ficam sentados batendo papo em vez de responder e atender os clientes. Não respondem às perguntas, são irônicos e descarados. Nem merece existir.
Terrible. He visits and doesn't go, doesn't answer the phone because he pretends it's not ringing. In the physical store, employees lie and sit and chat instead of answering and serving customers. They don't answer questions, are ironic and brazen. It doesn't even deserve to exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é muito bom, também resolveram o problema do meu aparelho bem rápido. O único lado ruim é que não atendem o telefone e também não respondem o whatsapp. Deveriam colocar outra atendente. Uma só está sobrecarregada.
The face-to-face service is very good, they also solved my device problem very quickly. The only downside is that they don't answer the phone and don't answer whatsapp either. They should put another attendant. One is overloaded.
