★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui solicitar um "reparo" na minha chave. Expliquei ao rapaz o problema, ele olhou 10 segundos a chave e deu o preço (R$150 as duas chaves). Perguntei do que se tratava o problema e de forma ríspida ele respondeu que já sabia o que era e resolvia pelo valor citado. Como fui tratado de forma totalmente grossa, saí e fui em outro chaveiro que ao ver minha chave em menos de 1 minuto ajeitou (era só encaixe), inclusive nem quis cobrar nada porque disse que a chave não estava com defeito (mas claro que dei um dinheiro para ele). Resumo: não recomendo essa empresa.
 I went to request a "repair" on my key. I explained the problem to the boy, he looked at the key for 10 seconds and gave the price (R $ 150 for both keys). I asked what the problem was about and in a harsh way he replied that he already knew what it was and resolved for the amount quoted. As I was treated in a totally rude manner, I went out and went to another locksmith who, when he saw my key in less than 1 minute, fixed it (it was just a fit), and didn't even want to charge anything because he said the key was not defective (but of course I gave money for him). Summary: I don't recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me ofereceu garantia de um produto e dois dias depois quebrou, eu fiquei presa do lado de fora da minha casa, mandei mensagem devido ao horário falando a baixa qualidade do serviço oferecido e o dono com toda grosseria do mundo disse que por ele eu ficava trancada fora de casa até o outro dia. Após a grosseria fiquei sem o serviço e tive que contratar outra empresa.
he offered me a product guarantee and two days later it broke, I was stuck outside my house, I sent a message due to the time speaking the low quality of the service offered and the owner with all the rudeness of the world said that for him I was locked out of the house until the other day. After the rudeness I was left without the service and had to hire another company.
