★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um tempo fiz um processo seletivo e nunca vi algo to mal conduzido. Primeiro, recolheram as CLTs( até hj nao sei exatamente o motivo). Depois a recrutadora voltou e preenchemos um formulário, e entrevista foi feita. A sensacao que deu é q após verem as carteiras, já tinham decidido quem iria passar ou nao. Enfim...o teatro continuou até o fim e nada de feedback. Eu liguei e a tal recrutadora, toda desorganizada respondeu: "ahhh tá vc nao passou nao tá". Ainda bem que conclui meus estudos, trabalhei e estudei fora e tenho hj como expressar minha insatisfacao com a conduta da funcionaria desse dito rh. Super nao recomendo!!!!
Some time ago I did a selection process and I never saw anything so badly conducted. First, they collected the CLTs (until now I don't know exactly why). Then the recruiter came back and we filled out a form, and an interview was done. The feeling it gave is that after seeing the wallets, they had already decided who would pass or not. Anyway ... the theater continued until the end and no feedback. I called and the recruiter, all disorganized replied: "ahhh ok you didn't pass, ok". It is a good thing that I finished my studies, worked and studied abroad and I have today how to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the staff of this said rh. Super do not recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligaram, fiz a entrevista e me disseram que entrariam em contato mesmo com retorno negativo. Esperei um mes e liguei na conceito e a atendente perguntou meu nome e disse que as vagas foram " PARALISADAS" e quer qualquer coisa entrariam em contato. Como assim? Muito vago isso. Ja que disseram que dariam retorno mesmo que negativo deveriam cumprir com o que informaram. Porque criamos uma expectativa que nao existe, olhava meu email todos os dias e nunca tive retoeno algum.
They called me, I did the interview and they told me that they would come in contact even with negative feedback. I waited a month and called the concept and the attendant asked my name and said that the vacancies were "PARALLIZED" and want anything they would contact. What do you mean? Too vague this. Already they said they would give a return even if negative should comply with what they reported. Because we created an expectation that does not exist, I looked at my email every day and I never had any retoeneus.
