★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento durante a compre do Fiat Pulse foi muito bom, porém os problemas começaram durante a espera do veículo. Mesmo após a chegada do carro, levaram no mínimo duas semanas para entregar o veículo. Após a entrega do veículo notei que o carro veio SEM OS TAPETES e ninguém me avisou sobre isso. Ao questionar fui informado que NAO SABIAM SE O TAPETE ESTAVA INCLUSO e que ainda não havia chegado. Um veículo de 113 mil reais. Estou muito decepcionado com a marca e com a concessionária, estou no aguardo da chegada dos mesmos, já estou com o carro há 1 mês e 10 dias...
The service during the Fiat Pulse purchase was very good, but the problems started while waiting for the vehicle. Even after the car arrived, it took at least two weeks to deliver the vehicle. After delivery of the vehicle I noticed that the car came WITHOUT THE RUGS and no one warned me about it. When questioning I was informed that THEY DID NOT KNOW IF THE CARPET WAS INCLUDED and that it had not yet arrived. A vehicle worth 113 thousand reais. I'm very disappointed with the brand and the dealership, I'm waiting for them to arrive, I've had the car for 1 month and 10 days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se prepare para esperar, os serviços demoram, mas eles tem uma área de espera para os clientes, onde geralmente tem um coffee break. O atendimento para revisão devem ser previamente agendados. Fui muito bem atendida pela consultora Ana Paula, ela é bastante simpática e aparenta ser honesta. Os valores são mais caros do que comparado com outras oficinas que não são oficiais da FIAT.
Be prepared to wait, services take a while, but they do have a waiting area for customers, where they usually have a coffee break. The service for review must be scheduled in advance. I was very well attended by the consultant Ana Paula, she is very friendly and seems to be honest. The values are more expensive than compared to other workshops that are not official FIAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Fiat palio pra fazer recall dos air bags e o carro saiu de lá e agora esta com a luz de erro nos air bags acesa. Entrei em contato com a loja e estão dizendo que isso não tem nada a ver com o serviço feito no carro. Que dor de cabeça que fui me meter.
I took my Fiat palio to recall the air bags and the car left there and now it has the air bag error light on. I contacted the store and they are saying this has nothing to do with the service done on the car. What a headache I got myself into.
