★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meados de abril de 2021 eu entrei em contato com a Suzuki LM Motos da Avenida Ricardo Jafet para verificar quanto ficaria um financiamento de uma moto usada. Esse vendedor da foto de nome Adamis me atendeu via WhatsApp e verificou o valor de uma moto Chopper Road usada de 30 mil km de rodagem aproximadamente, que estava disponível na loja. Da cor vinho.
Eu perguntei quanto ficaria as parcelas de financiamento e ele falou que ia entrar em contato com o banco para verificar, e me pediu meus documentos, quanto que eu poderia dar de entrada e etc. Após verificar o valor das parcelas ví que não daria pra eu finalizar a compra no momento pelo valor, além da moto estar com muito desgaste pelas fotos que ele me mandou.
Após eu dizer que não queria mais a moto no momento e que iria analisar outras ofertas ele começou a me xingar no whatsapp e depois deletou todas as mensagens, no final ainda veio me falar que não era pra eu perguntar pra um vendedor quanto ficaria as parcelas junto ao banco se eu não fosse comprar (?). Como que eu vou comprar uma moto sem saber quanto fica as parcelas no banco primeiro?
Enfim, não só não comprei a moto com esse mau caráter como acabei comprando uma moto de outra loja. Recentemente fui na oficina da Suzuki da Ricardo Jafet realizar manutenção da moto e ví que esse vendedor continua trabalhando lá. Não sei se os responsáveis pela loja conhecem a índole desse sujeito ou se simplesmente compactuam com o mesmo.
De qualquer forma sugiro aos possíveis clientes que evitem essa loja e principalmente esse vendedor.
In mid-April 2021 I contacted Suzuki LM Motos on Avenida Ricardo Jafet to check how much financing would be for a used motorcycle. This seller in the photo named Adamis answered me via WhatsApp and verified the value of a used Chopper Road motorcycle with approximately 30 thousand km of travel, which was available in the store. I asked how much the financing installments would be and he said he would contact the bank to check, and he asked me for my documents, how much I could make a down payment, etc. After checking the value of the installments I saw that I could not finalize the purchase at the moment for the value, in addition to the bike being very worn by the photos he sent me.
After I said that I didn't want the bike anymore at the moment and that I would analyze other offers he started cursing me on whatsapp and then deleted all the messages, in the end he still came to tell me that I wasn't supposed to ask a seller how much the installments would be with the bank if I wasn't going to buy (?). How am I going to buy a motorcycle without knowing how much the installments are in the bank first?
Anyway, not only did I not buy the bike with that bad character, but I ended up buying a bike from another store. I recently went to Ricardo Jafet's Suzuki workshop to carry out maintenance on the bike and I saw that this salesman is still working there. I don't know if those responsible for the store know the nature of this guy or if they simply agree with him.
Anyway, I suggest to potential customers to avoid this store and especially this seller.

Sem contar que no mesmo dia da retirada fui assaltado e levaram o kit despachante, só uma ligação e as notas e um novo manual já estavam nas minhas mãos. Obrigado Adamis, ganhou um amigo aqui!
Service Note 10, Adamis seller was an indication...I bought a motorcycle in 25 minutes and picked it up the other day. Not to mention that on the same day of the withdrawal I was robbed and they took the dispatch kit, just one call and the notes and a new manual were already in my hands.
