No caminho para o centro cirúrgico, entre sair do quarto e chegar lá, foi bastante tenso para mim mas, quando encontrei o dr e sua equipe foi um conforto e alívio imediato. Super indico a clínica, equipe e o Dr José Rubens.
 I had my bariatric surgery with Dr José Rubens. I can say that I was and have been very well taken care of. On the way to the operating room, between leaving the room and getting there, it was quite tense for me, but when I found the Dr and his team it was an immediate comfort and relief. I highly recommend the clinic, team and Dr José Rubens.

Estou absolutamente satisfeito com o excelente resultado e com todo o apoio que recebi da clínica e de toda a equipe, desde as questões administrativas (aprovações e reembolsos do convênio) até às questões da própria cirurgia e recuperação!
Recomendo, quem tiver interesse e estiver apto, a fazer a cirurgia com a equipe da Imec!

I had Sleeve bariatric surgery, with Dr José Rubens' team, 5 months ago.
I am absolutely satisfied with the excellent result and with all the support I received from the clinic and the entire team, from the administrative issues (agreement approvals and reimbursements) to the surgery and recovery issues!
I recommend anyone who is interested and able to do the surgery with the Imec team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima !!! Fiz o agendamento pelo telefone, informei meu plano de saúde Porto Seguro atendente disse não atender, pediu para olhar no verso da carteirinha se tinha Mediservice. Disse que Sim (atende foi um homem). Ao chegar na clínica e fazer minha ficha outra atendente disse q quando o plano tem Porto Seguro e Mediaervice na carteirinha Eles Não Atendem pelo Convênio. Moral da história tive q pagar $ 167,00 pela consulta. Eles sabem bem sobre esse procedimento, mas não avisam na hora de marcar a consulta. Falta de Ética. Não volto mais aqui !
Terrible!!! I made the appointment over the phone, informed my Porto Seguro health plan, the attendant said he didn't answer, asked to look on the back of the card if he had Mediservice. Said yes (answer was a man). When I arrived at the clinic and made my file, another attendant said that when the plan has Porto Seguro and Mediaervice on the card, they do not serve the agreement. Moral of the story I had to pay $167.00 for the consultation. They know well about this procedure, but they don't tell you when you make an appointment. Lack of ethics. I'm not coming back here!

Tive um pós difícil devido meu organismo não se adaptar a dieta líquida, mas Dr. José Rubens prestou todo seu suporte no pós até minha recuperação total.
Sem dúvida, melhor cirurgião.
E o mais gratificante é que eu fiz a escolha da equipe certa.

From the first contact with Dr. José Rubens the service was spectacular, making it very clear from pre to post op.
I had a difficult post because my body didn't adapt to the liquid diet, but Dr. José Rubens provided all his support in the post until my full recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a melhor decisão que tomei nos últimos anos ( fazer bypass bariátrica ) ainda mais assistido pelo Dr. José Rubens médico atencioso e dedicado aos pacientes , explica tudo ao pé da letra do começo ao fim e a cirurgia então foi perfeita nota 10,0 (100 %) segura e isto ainda fora a sua equipe a fisioterapeuta Dra. Wila a Dra. Cynthia nutricionista todos muito atenciosos estão de Parabéns pelo profissionalismo e dedicação com certeza faria qualquer outro procedimento se fosse necessário neste lugar !!! Agradeço de coração a atenção de todos vcs e o profissionalismo difícil de encontrar muitas vezes hoje em dia
It was the best decision I've made in recent years (to do bariatric bypass) even more assisted by Dr. José Rubens attentive and dedicated doctor to patients, explains everything literally from beginning to end and the surgery was perfect grade 10.0 (100%) safe and this was still his team the physical therapist Dr. Willa to Dr. Cynthia nutritionist all very attentive are to be congratulated for the professionalism and dedication I would definitely do any other procedure if necessary in this place !!! I sincerely appreciate the attention of all of you and the professionalism that is difficult to find these days.
