Vendedor Ricardo sem o mínimo de profissionalismo e pior sem comprometimento com a venda.
Infelizmente apenas tira o pedido de venda, foi passado no ato da compra alguns itens, aliás...3 itens e apesar ser um compromisso comentei sobre itens e que fosse vereficado se estavam em ordem, acreditem.... Não foi feito nada e ainda disse que era normal isso acontecer.
Gerente Fernando por sua vez. Chamou a responsabilidade e está resolvendo tudo melhor forma.
POOR SERVICE .....

Nothing was done and even said that it was normal for this to happen.
