Ja realizei a queixa no procon e no reclame aqui e aguardo posição da empresa para saber se vai haver necessidade de processo judicial. Cuidado ao fazer negócios com eles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mau atendida, fiquei chateada com a falta de comunicação é grosseria de quem me atendeu. Não indico essa empresa. Atendimento é primordial, falta de respeito, se liga não atende, se chama no Whatsapp demora muito para ser respondida é quando alguém atende sou tratada com desdém? Que eu saiba a empresa é a que tem que ter maior interesse em tratar bem e não eu como cliente.
I was very badly attended, I was upset with the lack of communication is rudeness of those who attended me. I do not recommend this company. Service is paramount, lack of respect, if you don't answer, if you call on Whatsapp it takes a long time to be answered, is it when someone answers, am I treated with disdain? As far as I know the company is the one that has to be more interested in treating well and not me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pra ninguém , formas de pagamentos abusivas só eles tem a tampa de plástico e eles exigem pagamento a vista ou seja se você precisar da tampa com urgência e não tiver dinheiro eles não fazem no crédito
I do not recommend it to anyone , abusive forms of payment only they have a plastic cap and they require payment in cash .

Fechei negócio com o Marcos e sua esposa, sra. Mariane. Me orientaram muito bem sobre como proceder para a instalação do poste e não houve nada de erro. Entregaram no dia e hora marcados. Pessoal da entrega e instalação, muito competente e rápidos. Para finalizar, a qualidade do material é muito boa. Parabéns Marcos, Família e Equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida na compra pelo WhatsApp e no pós venda tambem pelo whatsapp, porém precisei cancelar a compra devido a telefonica não remover os fios baixos na frente da minha casa, na hora da devolução do valor, disseram que eu teria que ir la buscar, sendo que eu fiz tudo a distância a devolução tbm deveria ser feita dessa forma, tive que pedir pro meu irmão ir buscar o valor la, chegando la ele me mandou uma foto que lhe entregaram um cheque cruzado, o qual não posso descontar na agência somente depositar na minha conta e aguardar 3 dias, um grande abuso da parte deles, visto que paguei por pix e eles receberam o valor no mesmo momento.
Fiquei muito chateada, não recomendo e não voltarei a fazer negócio, pago mais caro mas não compro lá.
