★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência Horrível fujam dessa empresa. Contratei o serviço da CONCREMIX e não recomendo a ninguém, não mandaram concreto suficiente para encher a laje toda. No final do serviço(momento em que a bomba Não consegue mais puxar o concreto), eles jogaram o concreto na rua pro pedreiro ter que encher a laje no balde. Nota fiscal com valores irregulares, o valor total custou R$1602,00 enviaram uma nota de R$700,00. No momento da contratação do serviço, não fui informado que eu precisaria de alguém para puxar o concreto(outra surpresa). O valor pra puxar o concreto teria que ser pago "por fora" R$100,00.
Utilizaram 2 sacos de cimento meu, quando na verdade era pra ser apenas 1.
Não informaram o horário do enchimento da laje, então, as 07:00hs da manhã a CONCREMIX ligou umas 10 vezes em menos de 30 minutos mesmo eu informando que estava a caminho da obra.
Eles(CONCREMIX x EMPRESA DA BOMBA) acertaram ou valor dos R$100,00 pra puxar o concreto entre eles mesmo (primeiro e único acerto até aqui ). Por fim, a laje ficou cheia de trincos e imperfeita.
Não imagino uma situação na qual o atendimento pudesse ser pior.
P.S o pessoal da CONCREMIX não atendeu minhas ligações após eu ligar e reclamar sobre o primeiro problema.
Não contratei a CONCREMIX pelo fator preço, pois ela trabalha no mesmo valor de qualquer outra empresa do ramo. Apenas escolhi ela por não conhecer, e por ser praticamente ao lado da obra.
Horrible experience run away from that company. I hired CONCREMIX and I don't recommend it to anyone, they didn't send enough concrete to fill the entire slab. At the end of the service (when the pump can no longer pull the concrete), they threw the concrete on the street so the mason had to fill the slab in the bucket. Invoice with irregular values, the total amount cost R $ 1602.00 sent a note of R $ 700.00. When hiring the service, I was not informed that I would need someone to pull the concrete (another surprise). The amount to pull the concrete would have to be paid "outside" R $ 100.00.
They used 2 bags of my cement, when in fact it was supposed to be just 1.
They did not inform the time of filling the slab, so, at 7:00 am in the morning, CONCREMIX called about 10 times in less than 30 minutes even though I informed that I was on the way to the work.
They (CONCREMIX x EMPRESA DA BOMBA) agreed or a value of R $ 100.00 to pull the concrete between themselves (first and only agreement so far). Finally, the slab was latched and imperfect.
I can't imagine a situation in which the service could be worse.
P.S CONCREMIX people did not answer my calls after I called and complained about the first problem.
I did not hire CONCREMIX for the price factor, as it works at the same value as any other company in the industry. I just chose it because I didn't know it, and because it was practically next to the work.

Contratei caminhão e bomba para sábado, 21 de setembro, 13:00 hora da tarde. Liguei pela manhã para confirmar se estava tudo certo, me responderam que sim. Ok!
Era 13:40 e nada da bomba chegar. Liguei 14:20 questionando. Me responderam que houve um problema com a bomba, mas iriam verificar e me retornar em 20 minutos. Ok! Passado 1 hora eu retornei, me disseram que a bomba não estava disponível que iriam ver o que poderia ser feito. Nesse momento fiquei extremente decepcionada, pois havia feito todo processo de contratação, transferido o valor do serviço, ligado para obter confirmação pela manhã e também contratado uns rapazes para espalhar o concreto, e disse tudo isso ao atendente e também afirmei que precisava de exatidão, se a bomba iria realmente chegar ou não. Então, ele me disse que ia verificar e me retornava."ok!" As 15:30 me retornam dizendo que o caminhão chegaria em 50 minutos. As 16: 39 o caminhão chega. Mas e a bomba? Tenho que esperar mais 30/35 minutos para bomba chegar e mais uns 25 minutos para instalar a mangueira da bomba. Minha laje começou a ser enchida quase as 18:00 horas.
Sinceramente, achei uma falta de profissionalismo e uma total desorganização da administração e logística, pois deveriam alinhar os procedimentos, e assim, cumprir o horário de acordo com o contrato.
Obs: sobre os funcionários, motoristas e rapaz da bomba, achei eles muito educados e proativos.
Unfortunately my experience with the company was not good.
I hired a truck and pump for Saturday, September 21, 1:00 pm. I called in the morning to confirm that everything was right, they answered that I did. OK!
It was 13:40 and nothing came from the bomb. I called 14:20 questioning. I was told that there was a problem with the pump, but they would check and return in 20 minutes. OK! After 1 hour I returned, I was told that the bomb was not available that they would see what could be done. At that moment, I was extremely disappointed, because I had done the entire hiring process, transferred the service fee, called to get confirmation in the morning and also hired some guys to spread the concrete, and I told the attendant all this and I also said that I needed accuracy, whether the bomb would actually arrive or not. Then, he told me he was going to check and he returned to me. "Ok!" At 15:30 they return to me saying that the truck would arrive in 50 minutes. At 16:39 the truck arrives. But what about the bomb? I have to wait another 30/35 minutes for the pump to arrive and another 25 minutes to install the pump hose. My slab started to be filled at almost 18:00.
Honestly, I found a lack of professionalism and a total disorganization of administration and logistics, as they should align the procedures, and thus, comply with the schedule according to the contract.
Note: about the employees, drivers and bomb boy, I found them very polite and proactive.
