A Concreto fez uma parceria com a construtora Fortefix para construção do residencial, acontece que após a entrega a construtora faliu, e nós proprietários ficamos sem garantia! Estamos sofrendo problemas de infiltrações, telhado, vazamentos! Pois é, nos prometeram 5 anos de garantia e só tivemos meses até a construtora falir! Quem saiu no prejuízo? Nós! Não recomendo, pesquisem bem a construtora antes!
