Venho por meio desta fazer uma reclamação e pedir uma solução desde 15/09 estou com problemas com a empresa paguei por 9 metro de concreto para estar enchendo 104 metros quadrados ,neste dia marcaram a entrega para as 15H e chegaram ao local as 17H e a bomba 18H aonde ocasionou um grande transtorno ,porém chegou dois caminhoes um com 4 metros e outro com 4,5 metros totalizando 8.5 ,estava faltando concreto e nao veio lacrado ,então viemos comunicar a empresa pela falta de organização e queremos o que esta faltando ja que pagamos antes de receber hoje ja faz 8 dias e nao obtenho resposta alguma quero resolver amigavelmente mas esta dificil,peço novamente uma solução caso contrario vou atras dos meus direitos pois a empresa faz descaso do consumidor ,receber é facil e resolver os transtornos que vcs mesmo causam é dificil ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo a cotação para 85 metros de lage, e fui muito bem atendido pela Neide, que foi paciente em tirar todas minhas dúvidas, inclusive, explicando que existe um espaço de tempo para a chegada do caminhao, pois são deslocados de são paulo... Apesar de ter lido aqui no google meu negócio, avaliaçoes baixas, insisti e me dei mal. Aqui foram feitas mais de uma lage e a única que apresentou problema foi a dessa concreteira.

Anotei a placa e o horário do acontecimento, visando resolver o problema junto a empresa. Liguei em diversos números, me repassaram várias vezes, mas sem sucesso. Não acredito ser uma empresa idônea. Placa do veículo: FIP-9864, 23/03/16, 16h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/10/2016 contratei os serviços Concreto Confiança, o rapaz da bomba chegou no local da obra antes das 11 horas da manhã, enquanto o concreto veio chegar quase 16 horas, sem contar que derramou mais de 2 metros de concreto, deixando minha obra inacabada, desde então estou tentando resolver o problema, sendo que já se passaram mais de dois meses, a Neide pessoa a qual fechei o contrato, agora fala que não pode fazer nada que tenho que falar com o Luciano esse não consigo falar e quando me atendeu uma unica vez logo apos o ocorrido disse que iria ver e como eu poderia saber a metragem do que faltou, ou seja, ainda está querendo insinuar que estou mentindo. tomem cuidado.

CUIDADO... OS SEUS 100 REAIS DE ECONOMIA PODEM VIRAR UM PREJUÍZO MUITO GRANDE!
Comprei uma carga de concreto com 3,5 m³ de concreto, fui bem atendido na hora da compra, no dia combinado chegou com duas horas de atraso (até ai tudo bem, da pra relevar.. tem transito, etc).
Após colocarem o concreto na laje (até ai tudo bem) a empresa derramou muito, mas muito concreto mesmo na porta da minha casa e foram embora sem falar nada. Ai começou o problema, por ser por volta das 19 horas não consegui ninguém para tirar o concreto da rua, o concreto ficou duro fechou a passagem de aguá e isso me gerou muito transtorno com os vizinhos e ainda tive que pagar par remover o concreto.
Ao entrar em contato com a empresa, após dias de espera tive que ler uma mensagem da empresa dizendo 'não consegui saber qual foi o motorista que foi para sua obra' .
Lamentável que uma empresa que tem o nome de CONCRETO CONFIANÇA seja tão irresponsável.
Já que não tive resposta da empresa até hoje (RECLAMAÇÃO ABERTA EM 13/03/2017) fica registrada minha indignação, lamento e decepção, pois parecia ser uma empresa tão honesta e atenciosa.
Obs. só não dou nota 0 (ZERO) porque não é possível.
E você futuro comprador, fique atendo vamos comprar serviços apenas de empresas responsáveis.

I bought a load of concrete with 3.5 m³ of concrete, I was well attended at the time of purchase, on the agreed day it arrived two hours late (so far so good, to be cleared ... there is traffic, etc.).
After putting the concrete on the slab (so far so good) the company poured a lot, but a lot of concrete right at the door of my house and left without saying anything. Then the problem started, because it was around 7 pm I couldn't get anyone to remove the concrete from the street, the concrete was hard, it closed the water passage and that caused me a lot of inconvenience with the neighbors and I still had to pay to remove the concrete.
Upon contacting the company, after days of waiting I had to read a message from the company saying 'I couldn't find out which driver was for your job'.
It is unfortunate that a company with the name CONCRETO CONFIANÇA is so irresponsible.
Since I have had no response from the company until today (COMPLAINT OPENED ON 03/13/2017) my indignation, regret and disappointment is registered, as it seemed to be such an honest and caring company.
Obs. I just don't rate it 0 (ZERO) because it is not possible.
And you future buyer, stay tuned, we will only buy services from responsible companies.

Concreto veio totalmente mole, tive que jogar 4 sacos de cimento dentro, chegaram atrasados, entregaram 1 metro a menos e estou até hoje tentando reaver meu dinheiro pago a mais. Além de tudo isso, lavaram a bomba na frente da minha casa na calçada e jogaram todo o concreto no chão! Tive que limpar tudo por minha conta. Um absurdo! Vou escrever mal deles em todos os locais que eu puder. Liguei para reclamar e ninguém me retorna! Confiança aonde? Mentirosos
ALL Lousy, DO NOT USE! The name can only be a joke! Concrete came totally soft, I had to throw 4 bags of cement in, arrived late, delivered 1 meter less and I'm still trying to get my overpaid money. On top of that, they washed the bomb in front of my house on the sidewalk and threw all the concrete on the floor! I had to clean up on my own. Nonsense! I will write badly about them everywhere I can. I called to complain and no one returns me! Confidence where? Liars

Realizei a contratação de 7m³ de concreto usinado + o serviço de bombeamento com um vendedor chamado Anderson no dia 02/08/2019 para realização do serviço no dia 05/08/2019 as 7hs da manhã. Pagamento realizado corretamente via cartão de crédito e confirmação do serviço pelo vendedor no mesmo dia da contratação (02/08/19). Primeiro contato foi realizado as 8h30 da manhã do dia 05/08/2019 para saber a previsão de chegada do veículo, primeiro o vendedor informa que o veículo está próximo no máximo 40 min está no local (realizou rastreamento)... As 10hs realizo novo contato e o vendedor informa que o veículo com a bomba furou o pneu e so conseguirá atender na parte da tarde, as 14hs! No anceio de realizar o serviço aceitei este horário... 40 min o vendedor informa que solicitará o estorno do cartão que não conseguirá realizar o serviço. Porém o estorno não foi realizado, entrei em contato com a suposta responsável financeira para priorizar o estorno e além do mal atendimento a mesma não confirmou a realização.
fica a minha reclamação para que outros não tenha as mesmas experiencias ruins!!!!

Payment made correctly via credit card and confirmation of service by the seller on the same day of hiring (02/08/19). First contact was made at 08:30 in the morning of 05/08/2019 to know the expected arrival of the vehicle, first the seller informs that the vehicle is near the maximum 40 min is in place (performed tracking) ... new contact and the seller informs that the vehicle with the pump punctured the tire and will only be able to answer in the afternoon, at 14hs! In anticipation of performing the service accepted this time ... 40 min the seller informs that will request the reversal of the card that will not be able to perform the service. But the reversal was not performed, I contacted the alleged financial responsible to prioritize the reversal and beyond the poor service it did not confirm the realization.
My complaint is that others do not have the same bad experiences !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ primeiro vc paga, depois de se certificar que realmente vc pagou, eles marcam dia e hora para o concreto chegar, ai vc espera, espera, espera e espera muito, até quando eles quiserem te retornar, pois não dão nem satisfação, vc fica com seus pedreiros(pagando o dia deles) esperando a boa vontade de entregar e por fim nem um comunicado, NÃO COMPREM, SE NÃO TERÃO O MESMO PROBLEMA QUE EU, PAGAR O DIA DOS PEDREIROS SEM NINGUEM NEM DAR SATISFAÇÃO DE QUANDO VÃO ENTREGAR O CONCRETO. PESSIMA EMPRESA!!!!
