★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não tive sorte. Marquei uma visita para Orçamento (foi paga uma taxa) em 03/10/2020, fui ouvida com atenção e me senti acolhida. Para minha surpresa, o orçamento que seria enviado em até 5 dias, até o dia 23/10/20 NÃO chegou! Ao entrar em contato telefônico, ouvi a justificativa de que haviam passado por um momento delicado, o falecimento de alguém próximo, e que estavam se reestruturando. O Orçamento foi prometido em 48hs.
Nunca chegou! E se chegasse, eu já havia perdido a confiança no cumprimento dos prazos.
Lamentável . Acabaram repetindo o que eu tanto reclamava dos predeiros e bombeiros ..?
 Unfortunately, I was not lucky. I made an appointment for Budget (a fee was paid) on 10/3/2020, I was listened to carefully and felt welcomed. To my surprise, the budget that would be sent within 5 days, until 10/23/20, has NOT arrived! When I got in touch by phone, I heard the justification that they had gone through a delicate moment, the death of someone close to them, and that they were restructuring. The Budget was promised in 48 hours.
Never arrived! And if it did, I had already lost confidence in meeting deadlines.
Unfortunate . They ended up repeating what I so much complained about predators and firefighters ..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa. Contratei a Concreto Rosa para pintar o piso da cozinha, área de serviço e varanda no contorno do azulejo hidráulico. Chegaram aqui e me sugeriram colocar cimento queimado, me disseram que ficaria "lindão". Em nenhum momento levantaram problemas no contrapiso para realizar o serviço. Pois bem, depois de três dias de trabalho, me entregaram o serviço da cozinha e área de serviço cheio de defeitos: partes simplesmente sem o cimento, muitas ranhuras que não são típicas do cimento queimado que costuma ser liso, manchas causadas pela umidade do piso ao aplicar a resina - o que é totalmente contraindicado pelo fabricante (aplicar resina sobre o produto úmido), pegadas de tênis sobre o cimento (!?!) e até uma rachadura! Decidi encerrar o serviço ali e nem deixei finalizarem no mesmo (sofrível) padrão a varanda. A justificativa delas foi, primeiro, que o serviço não estava pronto. Como assim? Gasto uma fortuna de material, elas me entregam o piso com a resina aplicada, e ele não está pronto?? Depois tentaram jogar a culpa no contrapiso... Enfim, para mim foi a maior decepção. Acreditei que o serviço feito por mulheres seria mais atencioso e caprichado, mas não. Agora fiquei no prejuízo pois vou ter que chamar outra pessoa, mais competente, e comprar mais material para ajustar o mal feito.
My experience was not good. I hired Concreto Rosa to paint the kitchen floor, laundry area and balcony around the hydraulic tile. They arrived here and suggested I put burnt cement, they told me it would look "beautiful". At no time did they raise problems in the subfloor to perform the service. Well, after three days of work, I was given the service of the kitchen and service area full of defects: parts simply without the cement, many grooves that are not typical of the burnt cement that is usually smooth, stains caused by the humidity of the floor when applying the resin - which is totally contraindicated by the manufacturer (applying resin over the wet product), shoe prints on the cement (!?!) and even a crack! I decided to end the service there and I didn't even let it finish in the same (sufferable) standard as the balcony. Their justification was, first, that the service was not ready. As well? I spend a fortune on material, they give me the floor with the resin applied, and it's not ready?? Then they tried to blame the subfloor... Anyway, for me it was the biggest disappointment. I believed that the service done by women would be more attentive and neat, but no. Now I'm at a loss because I'm going to have to call someone else, more competent, and buy more material to fix the mistake.
