★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo ponto de Crossfit. Conta com aulas específicas de ginástica e levantamento de peso (o que ajuda muito no próprio Crossfit). A infra peca um pouco, mas está passando por melhorias significativas. Recomendo!!
 Great crossfit point. It has specific gym classes and weightlifting (which helps a lot in Crossfit itself). The infra is a little sinful, but it is undergoing significant improvements. I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los profesores son geniales y las clases muy dinámicas pero considero que 3s un lugar muy pequeño, especialmente para hacer crossfit pues cualquiera se podría lastimar muy fácilmente por la falta de espacio.
The teachers are great and the classes are very dynamic but I think that 3s is a very small place, especially for crossfit because anyone could get hurt very easily due to the lack of space.
