Só que pensem muito bem antes de comprar ou alugar, ele fica exatamente do lado da Dutra e bem no ponto do viaduto do CTA, ou seja o barulho e poluição ficam ainda mais próximos! As plantas de cozinha são péssimas e os banheiros apertados. De bom mesmo é contraditoriamente a localização pelo fácil acesso a qualquer ponto da cidade e região, além é claro principalmente da estrutura e da equipe impecável de administração!

A área comum do condomínio está sempre bem cuidada, além de ter varias opções de lazer. Bom condomínio para família com criança! A síndica Sra. Paula é muito competente e dedicada, com bastante conhecimento na área condominial! Possui estacionamento para visitante e acessibilidade.

The common area of the condominium is always well maintained, in addition to having several leisure options. Good condo for family with child! The superintendent Mrs. Paula is very competent and dedicated, with a lot of knowledge in the condominium area! It has parking for visitors and accessibility.
