★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc tem dinheiro e quer uma casa qualquer esse é o lugar! casas pequenas, povo mal educado, festas até as 5 da manha tocando funk alto e ninguem toma providencia. Do lado de uma favela e da linha amarela, já assaltaram as casas e nada foi feito. Documentação até hoje tem coisas pendentes, ou seja, nada ali tem dono, coisa ridicula!
