Peca por infelizmente não ter elevadores, nenhuma vaga de visitante, várias vagas descobertas e pelo fato de ter sido construido com blocos de concreto, ouve-se demais os barulhos gerados em outros apartamentos e corredores dos blocos.
Há 2 ótimas churrasqueira, piscina poderia ser maior mas é boa. Quadra suficiente. Muito espaço para as crianças e um novo parquinho infantil esta sendo construído. Pra quem não se importa com escadas, um excelente lugar para se morar.
Condominium very well located, clean and well managed. Unfortunately, there are no elevators, no visitor spaces, several uncovered spaces and the fact that it was built with concrete blocks, the noise generated in other apartments and corridors of the blocks can be heard too much.
There are 2 great grills, the pool could be bigger but it's good. Enough square. Plenty of space for children and a new playground is being built. For those who don't mind stairs, an excellent place to live.
